The French reference laboratory for air quality monitoring (LCSQA) has been supporting ACMCC activities since its creation, Ineris being part of both of them. In particular, the ACMCC is hosting intercomparison exercises organized by the LCSQA every second year for ACSMs operated by the regional air quality monitoring networks (AASQA).
Other types of analyzers used within the so-called CARA program (e.g., black carbon monitors) are also handled punctually.
The ACMCC also ensures information exchange and harmonization of the procedures and recommendations between the research community and operational networks.
